Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than if the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you receive the wrong item.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@solvifyco.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate your claim.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@solvifyco.com. Once we verify the issue, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method. In some cases, we may request additional information or photos to process your claim.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for products that are confirmed to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped.
If your claim is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
